• What are the check-in and check-out times?

  Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out before 11:00.

• What are the parking options offered by the hotel?

  Free parking is available at the hotel with limited spaces and subject to availability. Reservation isn't possible. There are several private car parks in the vicinity of the hotel. The nearest one is 500 metres away.

• Do you rent towels and bathrobes for the beach and pool?

  Yes, we provide one free towel per person for the stay. If you wish to change or wash it the cost is 2€. If the stay is longer than 7 days, the towel will be changed free of charge every 7 days. The bathrobe service is 5.-€/unit (free of charge in the case of suites).

• Do you have cradles in the hotel?

  Yes, it's a free service, which must be requested in advance.

• Do you have a transfer service from or to the airport?

  Yes, this service is available at a charge, please contact the reception department: recepcion_reina@bullhotels.com

• Can children enter and use the Spa and Wellness services?

  Yes, children under the age of 16 years are allowed to enter accompanied by an adult for the first two hours after opening.
