SOCIAL POLICY

At Bull Hotels, we work to reduce social differences in our community and within our own company, helping the social group to move towards a more just, equitable and supportive society. To do this, we help ourselves with allies, both external and internal, who make an effort daily so that this project can continue to provide not only business benefits, but also social ones.

Our main lines of work in this area are:

• Community: We articulate our link with the community through the areas;
• Labor: Hiring a majority of local personnel.
• Social: Through different projects with various associations such as the Spanish Association Against Cancer or the delivery of food to Cáritas at the Bull Eugenia Victoria & Spa hotel. On the other hand, in 2018 we distributed with the community all the furniture of the Bull Dorado Beach & Spa and Bull Escorial & Spa hotels, which were going to be renovated.
• Alliances: We have a protocol regarding the evaluation and selection of suppliers, mostly local whenever possible. Said protocol begins with studying the solvency and the degree of regulatory compliance in labor and environmental issues of the suppliers in order to ensure the quality and operation of a sustainable circular economy. In addition, as part of our purchasing policy, we try to buy sustainable products, whether for consumption or work, and that have sustainability marks that ensure their fair trade. In addition, in our commitment to help the local population, we make sure that 100% of our suppliers are local.
