The hotel assumes no responsibility for objects, substances, materials, or personal effects that guests bring into their rooms or any other area of the establishment, as, in accordance with applicable legislation, it is not authorized to inspect or search guests' luggage or belongings.

The adoption of any of these measures will be carried out with full respect for current legislation and the rights of customers, without prejudice to any legal action that may be appropriate in each case.
Responsibility for Damages and Extraordinary Cleaning of Rooms and Common Areas
In accordance with current civil legislation, the establishment's accommodation conditions, and the principle of liability for damages, each guest is responsible for the proper use and maintenance of the room, its furniture, equipment, and other items made available to them during their stay.
Any damage, defect, breakage, deterioration, or loss caused intentionally, through negligence, or by improper use of the room or its contents must be paid for in full by the responsible guest, including the cost of repair, replacement, or replenishment of the affected items.
Likewise, when the condition of the room requires extraordinary cleaning as a result of improper use (stubborn stains, excessive dirt, persistent odors, residue, spills, acts requiring disinfection, or any other circumstance that exceeds routine cleaning), the guest must assume the full cost of said cleaning, as well as any financial loss resulting from the inability to make the room available to other guests.
The hotel reserves the right to assess the damages and costs incurred, passing on the corresponding amount to the responsible customer, in accordance with current legislation and the accommodation conditions accepted when formalizing the reservation.
