Access to the Establishment and Exercise of the Right of Admission
Access to the hotel facilities is open to the public. However, entry and stay on the premises are subject to compliance with current legal regulations, these internal rules, and basic rules of conduct, respect, safety, hygiene, and health.
The hotel assumes no responsibility for objects, substances, materials, or personal effects that guests bring into their rooms or any other area of the establishment, as, in accordance with applicable legislation, it is not authorized to inspect or search guests' luggage or belongings.
The hotel management reserves the right of admission and to refuse service, and may deny access or require the immediate departure of any person who violates the established rules or whose conduct may disrupt the normal operation of the establishment.
Reasons for Denial of Access or Expulsion from the Establishment
Entry may be denied or expulsion ordered for any person when any of the following circumstances occur:
When the establishment has reached its maximum authorized capacity.
When payment for contracted services or corresponding fees is not made.
When violent, aggressive, or intimidating behavior is displayed.
When weapons, dangerous objects, or objects that could be used as such are carried, except in the case of duly accredited members of the Security Forces and Corps acting in the performance of their duties.
When clothing, symbols, or messages that promote violence, racism, xenophobia, or any other form of discrimination are displayed.
When situations arise that could jeopardize the safety or well-being of customers, visitors, or employees.
When there are evident signs of being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other narcotic substances that impair normal behavior. When disrespect, threats, insults, or offensive behavior are directed toward hotel staff or other guests.
When noise, disturbances, or disruptions are caused that disturb the rest or tranquility of other guests.
When hygiene, cleanliness, or sanitation standards established by the hotel are violated.
When measures for the prevention and control of communicable diseases required by current regulations or by the establishment are infringed.
When conduct is engaged in that disrupts the peace and quiet or the normal enjoyment of the facilities by other guests.
When discriminatory acts are committed against guests, visitors, or hotel employees.
When the services and facilities of the establishment are misused.
When property, equipment, or any other item belonging to the hotel is removed without express authorization.
When damage, defects, or deterioration are caused to the facilities, furniture, equipment, or services of the establishment. When entering the establishment accompanied by unauthorized domestic animals, with the exception of legally recognized guide or assistance dogs, unless expressly authorized by Management.
The adoption of any of these measures will be carried out with full respect for current legislation and the rights of customers, without prejudice to any legal action that may be appropriate in each case.
